- You must recruit at least one new member to NCBA.
- To be classified as a recruiter, new member(s) must list your name as the recruiter on their NCBA application or when signing up online.
- One entry per one newly recruited NCBA member.
- Enter to win monthly.
- i.e. John recruits 5 members in April, John is entered into April’s drawing 5 times. John recruits 0 members in May, John is not entered into May’s drawing.
- Drawing runs April, May, June, July, August, and September of 2024.

What is NCBA's Top Hand Club?
The Top Hand Club was formed in 1982 as NCBA’s membership recruitment program that recognizes outstanding members for their commitment to building a stronger national organization. NCBA Members who recruit 3 or more members to the association annually are automatically added to the club.
To celebrate those who go above and beyond, Top Hand Club Members receive quarterly prizes sent right to their and are entered into a drawing where they can win BIG prizes!

Top Hand Rules & Guidelines:
- Recruit 3 or more members to join the Top Hand Club.
- After joining the club, existing Top Hand Club members can remain in the club by recruiting 2 members annually. If a Top Hand Club member does not recruit 2 members in a year, the following year they must recruit 3 members to rejoin the club.
- Recruit members individually, group or dual recruits are not permitted.
- NCBA will recognize all Top Hand Club with a gift and will be eligible for quarterly drawings for a prize.
- Recruiters whose NCBA memberships have dropped on or before September 30 of the qualifying year will not be eligible for Top Hand drawings.
- All applications received from a new member that list a recruiter will stand as final.
- If a recruiter was not listed on the application, a recruiter can be added up to 30 days after the recruited member’s join date. No recruiters will be added after September 30 of the qualifying year.
- To receive recognition for a member who joins via a direct mail campaign application, the recruiter’s name must be listed on that application upon arrival at the NCBA office.
- Top Hand Club year runs October 1 – September 30.
